ENTRE Y FIRME ESTA PETICION

SOLICITAMOS QUE EL FBI INVESTIGUE A RICARDO PIERDANT POR EL POSIBLE LAVADO DE DINERO EN LA COMPRA DEL APARTAMENTO QUE ANGELICA RIVERA USA EN KEY BISCAYNE.

WE REQUEST THAT THE FBI INVESTIGATE RICARDO PIERDANT FOR POSSIBLE LAUNDERING OF DRUG MONEY IN THE PURCHASE OF THE APARTMENT ANGELICA RIVERA USES IN KEY BISCAYNE
LA TRADUCCION AL CASTELLANO ESTA MAS ABAJO.

Facts of the matter:

o  Ricardo Pierdant is owner of Biscayne Ocean Holdings LLC

o  In January 22, 2010, Biscayne Ocean Holdings paid 2 million USD cash for apartment 404 in Ocean Tower One in Key Biscayne, Florida

o  Apartment 404 is right above apartment 304 which is used by the Mexican first lady, Angelica Rivera. In May of 2005 she paid $1,775,000 USD for apartment 304

o  According to the article by The Guardian,https://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/aug/09/mexico-first-lady-florida-property-government-contractor-documents-reveal?CMP=share_btn_tw in 2014 Pierdant paid 29 thousand Dollars in taxes for both apartments 304 and 404. The Guardian's investigation also showed that Rivera had made both apartments into a single unit.

o  Per the Univision investigation at the time when Pierdant paid 2.0 million for apartment 404, he was being sued by US Century Bank for lack of payment for a property worth 1.2 million Dollars. The property was Unit 3 of The Gables complex, also in Miami. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fjYd2LTSk1I

o  On 28 August 2013, financial reporter Dario Celis of the Mexico City newspaper Excelsior, mentioned Pierdant amongst the possible contractors to be selected to build a bullet train and port facilities for the Mexican federal government. Amongst these contractors was also HIGA which provided a house for free in the Las Lomas subdivision to Angelica Rivera and caused a national scandal.

Pierdant's ability to pay two million Dollars cash for apartment 404 in January 22, 2010 when he was being sued by US Century Bank for lack of payment on a one million Dollar property is highly suspicious. We are asking that the FBI and other US federal agencies establish WHO provided Pierdant the two million Dollars and HOW, if it came from Mexico or any other foreign country, it was transferred to the US and to clarify if there is no money laundering of drug money involved.
